PBS Kids.org
I just LOVE this site. There are tons of games (and they are educational!) These math and science games are fun, colorful, and very interactive. Go ahead, try one. Railroad Repair is one of my favorites. Although, I also like U Fix It and Melvin's Make a Match.

StudyJams by Scholastic
This site has a lot to offer and it is great for upper elementary. There are a tons of different songs to help learn about the various concepts. The homepage shows all the topics and then subtopics it covers. Once you click on the topic you want, watch and listen to the video and complete the problems that accompany it. (Some of the topics all you to sing karaoke!)

Figure this- Challenge
This is a great challenging website. It offers different word problems to solve, some of them I would even consider brain teasers. Give it a try if you are feeling up to the challenge.

These games are strictly math. It has a game for almost every level (K-5). There are not really descriptions for the games, so you may have to click on a few to find your favorites. But they are educational and fun!

Funbrain
Funbrain is a busy website! It offers a lot as long as the students stay on the actual website. The students can choose games by grade level (which is probably the best bet). There is also a math arcade, if your child has some extra time and wants to play arcade like games. The more educational games are under grade level.
